Upon confirmation that the eccentric Italian had completed a permanent move to French side Nice prior to the closure of the transfer window, the pair took to Twitter, making their disgust for the attacker known.
Reports suggest Balotelli, who scored a mere four goals in 28 appearances for the Reds, joined Nice on a free transfer, fuelling Carragher's comment.
Collymore was significantly more harsh in his assessment of Balotelli, whose career has sputtered after showing immense promise early on.
How do you really feel, gents?
