Sunderland's Fabio Borini: Held out with injury
Borini was unable to make the 18-man squad to face Middlesbrough on Sunday because of his toe injury.
Analysis:
Duncan Watmore got another start up front with Jermain Defoe, with Adnan Januzaj on the other wing. Given manager David Moyes' history with Januzaj, Borini's reinsertion into the starting XI once he's fit is hardly certain.
