Everton is reportedly set to test Swansea City's resolve for a second time.
According to Andy Hunter of the Guardian, the club is expected to submit an improved offer for Ashley Williams after its initial bid of £10 million was turned down.

After it was reported that a "deal in principle" that would see Williams join Everton had been agreed upon, a spokesman for Swansea announced that the offer was rejected, saying: "We are not looking to sell him."
Williams, who joined Swansea from Stockport County in 2008 for an apparent fee of £300,000, is yet to play in any of the Swans' pre-season friendlies, and was allegedly given an extended break after Euro 2016, where he captained Wales to the semi-finals and scored in the Dragons' 3-1 victory over Belgium in the quarter-finals.
Swansea kicks off its Premier League adventure on Aug. 13 at Burnley.
