Thomas Vermaelen (Back): Training Again

Vermaelen (back) has returned to training and is expected to take part in most of the first-team sessions ahead of Saturday's match against Sunderland, the Daily Mail reports.

There is no guarantee that Vermaelen will play Saturday, but it's certainly encouraging to see him back in training. He has not appeared at all for Arsenal this season and the club is not in a position to rush him back before he is ready.
