Hulk arrives in China to complete record transfer to Shanghai SIPG
Brazilian forward Hulk arrived in Shanghai on Wednesday ahead of a potential record-breaking transfer to Sven-Goran Eriksson's Shanghai SIPG.
Hulk will undergo a medical and complete the necessary formalities before consummating a deal worth up to €55 million, according to the Associated Press.
There's some confusion as to the true value of the fee. The BBC reported Tuesday that the figure stands at €50 million, but bonuses could increase the total.

Hulk is expected to compete with the highest earners in the sport, pulling in $12.5 million (€11.2 million) per season at Shanghai, according to Russian news agency TASS.
Hulk spent the past four seasons at Zenit St Petersburg, where he enjoyed Champions League football. He scored 77 goals across all competitions for the Russian outfit.
