BC Lions owner David Braley has been taken to hospital for further testing after taking ill over the past week.
"David Braley has been in Vancouver visiting with club executives since Monday," team CEO Dennis Skulsky said Thursday. "Over the past couple of days, he had been feeling a little under the weather and this morning was admitted to hospital to undergo further testing."
Braley has also owned the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Toronto Argonauts over a Hall of Fame run in the CFL. He's owned the Lions since 1997, winning four Grey Cups during that time.
