Matt Nichols isn't expected to get a warm welcome from his former team as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers host the Edmonton Eskimos on Saturday.
Nichols knows the Eskimos' defense well, but that won't change the fact that it's the CFL's best unit.
He was 5-2 as Edmonton's starter this season after Mike Reilly suffered a knee injury, but he'll look to halt Edmonton's win streak at three.
The Blue Bombers, on the other hand, will look to leapfrog the BC Lions for third place in the West.
Though offense seems to be an obstacle this season, as the Blue Bombers have the fewest points in the CFL, a win would keep them in contention.
