The 2016 Grey Cup game is returning to Toronto, but it will be held outdoors at BMO Field.
The official announcement was made Thursday. The contest will take place on Nov. 27 of next year, the first outdoor Grey Cup game in Toronto since 1982. Canada's largest city last hosted the event in 2012, at the Rogers Centre.
The Toronto Argonauts, recently purchased by Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, are scheduled to move into the newly-renovated BMO Field next season.
