It was a bittersweet night for journeyman quarterback Kevin Glenn.

The 36-year-old reached 45,000 career passing yards, but his Saskatchewan Roughriders dropped their 12th game in 13 this season against the Ottawa RedBlacks.

Redblacks quarterback Henry Burris was in top form, as the veteran tossed for two touchdowns and 477 yards while completing 35-of-45 passes.

Burris also came up huge when it mattered most. With the score knotted at 27 points late in the fourth, Burris marched his offense down the field to set up an easy 14-yard field-goal by Chris Milo for the 30-27 victory.

On the eventual game-winning drive, Burris found wide receiver Ernest Jackson streaking through a seam in the Roughriders' spotty secondary for a massive 53-yard gain, which set up first-and-goal on Milo's kick.

Burris's old rival Glenn, meanwhile, tossed for two touchdowns in the losing effort. Still, in topping the 45,000 yard mark, Glenn continues to climb the record books. Glenn now ranks seventh in all-time passing yards behind six of the greatest quarterbacks in CFL history.

The win pushes Ottawa into sole possession of second place in the East, two points back of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, who lost Zach Collaros to a knee injury in their Week 13 defeat. The loss for Saskatchewan, meanwhile, is mostly meaningless.
