The Edmonton Eskimos (1-1) and the Ottawa Redlacks (2-1) will meet for the second time in as many weeks on Friday at TD Place Stadium in Ottawa.

Edmonton broke Ottawa's two-game winning streak with a 46-17 victory at Commonwealth Stadium last week.

On Monday, the Eskimos signed defensive backs Kacy Rodgers and Jeremy Williams. The 6-foot-2, 208-pound Rodgers was at training camp last month but was released. He played four seasons at the University of Miami (2010-13). Williams spent last season with the Calgary Stampeders, only playing in one game. The 6-foot, 204-pounder played two seasons (2011-12) at Henderson State University.

The RedBlacks can breathe a sigh of relief with their offence being led by quarterback Henry Burris, who has completed 66 of 101 passes - good for 731 yards and four touchdowns. They are also one of the few clubs left in the CFL without injury to their starting QB.

Ottawa hopes to improve its record to three wins, in turn surpassing the franchise record the team had last season (2-16).

Kick-off on Friday is at 7:00 p.m. ET.
