The Saskatchewan Roughriders have sent wide receiver Cory Watson and a 2016 second-round pick to the Edmonton Eskimos in exchange for long snapper Jorgen Hus and a 2016 third-round pick.
Watson didn't play a down with Saskatchewan after being acquired from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Jan. 29.
Playing five seasons with the Blue Bombers, the Canadian receiver caught 178 passes for 2,217 yards and six touchdowns in 67 games.
Hus was drafted by Edmonton in the fourth round of the 2013 CFL Canadian Draft and went on to spend two training camps with the St. Louis Rams. He was cut by the Kansas City Chiefs last week.
