The 140: CFL Power Rankings - Week 13

Welcome to the fifth installment of "The 140," theScore's new CFL Power Rankings, where we break down each team in 140 characters or fewer. Because that's all the time you've got. 

1. Calgary Stampeders, 10-1 (Last Week: 1)

The Stampeders trailed at halftime for the first time all season last week, which is the only sign they are still human.

2. Edmonton Eskimos, 8-3 (Last Week: 3)

Mike Reilly is back and Edmonton is back in the win column. The Eskimos are 6-0 vs. the East, which they face twice in the next three weeks.

3. BC Lions, 7-4 (Last Week: 4)

BC has allowed 14 points in two games. The offence seems to run better under veteran Kevin Glenn, so losing Travis Lulay doesn't hurt.

4. Saskatchewan Roughriders, 8-2 (Last Week: 2)

The Roughriders' seven-game winning streak came to a crashing halt and their offence looks lost without Darian Durant.

5. Hamilton Tiger-Cats, 3-7 (Last Week: 7)

Ending Saskatchewan's winning streak was impressive and Zach Collaros has Hamilton in position to take control of the weak East.

6. Montreal Alouettes, 3-8 (Last Week: 5)

Montreal must rely on its defence to win games regardless of who is under center, and it faces a tough test against Calgary.

7. Toronto Argonauts, 3-8 (Last Week: 8)

A bye week - and a 29-3 lead - didn't help halt Toronto's four-game losing skid, but Andre Durie's return is welcome news for Ricky Ray.

8. Winnipeg Blue Bombers, 6-6 (Last Week: 6)

Three straight losses, the league's worst run defence, and now no Drew Willy - Winnipeg is quickly becoming an afterthought in the West.

9. Ottawa Redblacks, 1-9  (Last Week: 9)

It'll take more than a bye week and the signings of Damaso Munoz and Brandon McDonald to get Ottawa out of the basement.
