CFL expansion draft scheduled for December 2013
The CFL has scheduled the expansion draft for the Ottawa franchise, which will join the league in the 2014 season. The draft is set for December 12th, 2013.
The draft will feature three rounds. The first round will be for import players, while rounds 2 and 3 will be restricted to non-imports.
