WIN?: Crazy Packers Fan

I put "WIN" with a question mark on this one because... um... is it actually funny? Jay Cutler Superstar says that this "crazy Packers fan is hilarious," but really all I'm seeing is a man doing an impression of Will Ferrell doing an impression of longtime Chicago Cubs announcer Harry Caray. He even goes by the name Larry Garry.
