Skateboarding a Traffic Jam

This video is labelled on YouTube as "Red Bull Traffik Jam"-- Whoa, they misspelled traffic!!! Radical!!!-- but I have no idea what it has to do with Red Bull, why a guy is skating on top of a couple of trucks blocking traffic, and why nobody in the giant lineup of cars caught up in the trick is getting out and trying to fight whoever is involved (except maybe that, as far as I can tell, this little stunt is taking place at Yonge and Dundas in Toronto, so perhaps all those Canadians are just too polite to tell this hoser to take off, eh.)
