In a story announced on his own twitter feed, Washington Capitals captain Alexander Ovechkin has gotten engaged to Russian tennis star Maria Kirilenko. 'The 27-year old and 2-time Art Ross made the announcement from Moscow, where he has been playing during the NHL lockout. The 25-year old Kirilenko is 14th in the WTA rankings.
