It seems like a pretty routine play until Derek Jeter collapses to the dirt in a heap of pain and eventually needs to be helped off the field.

Yankees manager Joe Girardi confirmed after the game that Jeter suffered a fractured left ankle and will miss the remainder of the post-season.
