Ravens WR Torrey Smith Scores TD With A Heavy Heart
Early Sunday morning, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith learned that his 19-year-old brother Tevin tragically died in a motorcycle accident. Smith immediately left the team to grieve with his family, but told Ravens head coach John Harbaugh that he still wanted to play in their Sunday night game in Baltimore against the New England Patriots.
The wide receiver indeed suited up for the game under these heartwrenching circumstances, and incredibly, caught a diving 25-yard touchdown pass:
