C.J. Spiller's Spectacular 56-Yard Run
Things went quite terribly for the Bills on Sunday, as they lost 48-28 to the Jets in their season-opener at MetLife Stadium. Yes, they allowed 48 points to the Jets, a team that scored zero offensive touchdowns in the preseason (I know that preseason means pretty much nothing, but still).
But, the Bills did have a bright spot in running back C.J. Spiller, who replaced starting running back Fred Jackson after Jackson left the game with an injury. Spiller ran for 169 yards and a touchdown over just 14 carries, and 56 of those yards came on this incredible run in the third quarter:
