Dwight Howard with Kevin Hart at VMAs

Dwight Howard made an appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday night, giving comedian Kevin Hart his own D-12 Lakers jersey.

While Dwight stands there laughing at the look of a huge jersey on the undersized Hart, the comedian fires back with the type of joke that's funny because it probably has some truth to it:

"That's funny to you? Let's see if it's funny when Kobe don't pass you the damn ball."
