Crazy RallyCross Crash At X Games

RallyCross driver Toomas Heikkinen was involved in a spectacular crash on Friday at the 2012 X Games in Los Angeles.

Heikkinen, a 21-year-old driver and X Games rookie, came up short on a 50-foot jump with his Ford Fiesta, and slammed the car head-on into the landing ramp's steel support beams. The car then flipped over, before landing on its roof.

Heikkinen suffered a fractured ankle, but after you see the wild crash, I think you'll agree that he should consider himself quite lucky to only come out of it with ankle damage:
