Ray Lewis' Pep Talk To The Loyola Lacrosse Team

After giving an awesome motivational speech to the Stanford basketball team in March, Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis gave one to the Loyola Greyhounds' lacrosse team on Tuesday, prior to their NCAA Quarterfinal game against Denver.

The 13-time Pro Bowl selection's speech apparently paid off, as Loyola would go on to win their game.
