Bryce Harper Steals Home

Bryce Harper came into 2012 as baseball's top prospect, and the 19-year-old is quickly showing why since being called up to the Washington Nationals. Sunday night, in just his eighth game in the big leagues, Harper stole home.

As Phillies left-hander Cole Hamels attempted to pick Jayson Werth off first base in the first inning, Harper immediately took off from third base, and then beat the throw home from first baseman Laynce Nix. Hamels hit Harper with a 93 mph fastball earlier in the inning, so stealing home was a nice way to retaliate.
