#LaRoning

Last week, we saw a picture of Redskins safety LaRon Landry looking almost impossibly jacked. The man's physique is like something out of a Marvel comic, to the point where one has to wonder if his mobility will be affected next season.

Anyway, here's a video that came out of Landry's work-out routine, accompanied by the hashtag #LARONING. I'm not quite sure how "LaRon" works as a verb. I'm going to assume that to "LaRon" is to "lift weights until you can't put your arms down."
