MLB 2K12 Official Trailer

2K Sports taunted baseball fans last week with a quick teaser trailer for MLB 2K12 that highlighted the game's 'My Player' mode. They've followed up on that with an official trailer for the game this week.

You get a good look at the new Miami Marlins' new orange uniforms here as Mark Buehrle serves up a bomb to Jayson Werth and then hands the ball over to manager Ozzie Guillen. 2K's baseball series has made incremental strides towards being an acceptable baseball sim with each new instalment, although the realism of this release should be called into question on the grounds that they showcase Matt Holliday making a great play in the outfield in the trailer.

MLB 2K12 drops on March 6th, with Justin Verlander holding down cover athlete duty.
