Obligatory Sports Babe

To celebrate the Giants' big win, we're going to dedicate an entire week to the women of the Metro NYC area.

We'll start with glamour model, video vixen, car saleswoman, Queen of Queens and owner of my heart, Tehmeena Afzal.

(Honestly, I don't know why we don't just alternate between having Kate Upton and Tehmeena in this space. I'd be fine with it.)

Today's Sports Birthday

New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries turns 27 today. I'm sure he'll spend the day regretting ever going on that stupid reality show.

In the second-biggest sporting event of the weekend, Nick Diaz lost a UFC interim welterweight title fight, and the accompanying chance to fight Georges St-Pierre, to Carlos Condit in Las Vegas. The fight went the full five rounds, and Diaz accepted the judges decision in the calm, balanced manner that we've come to expect from him.
