NHL Referee Takes Puck to the Face

NHL referee Kelly Sutherland took a puck to the face in a Wednesday night game between the New York Rangers and Buffalo Sabres. Sutherland was hit by a Jordan Leopold shot just over five minutes into the game, he was left stumbling around like me at theScore holiday party after spending a couple of hours with Derek Snider and Andrew Stoeten. 

KuklasKorner reminds us that this is the second time in less than a year that Sutherland has suffered a head injury in an NHL game:
