Dancing Ref!

Youth football is pretty serious business. Kids get in fights, parents get in fight, kids try and knock each other out, everyone thinks their son is going to be the next Peyton Manning or Troy Polamalu.

Thankfully, one Southern California referee is trying to bring fun back to kids football with a little between-down dancing.

I love it.
