Shake Weight News Report

I lived in the Los Angeles area for five years, and I can tell you that they do some really weird and questionable reports on their local news shows in the morning.

And when I saw this video of a news report about a Shake Weight class, I immediately thought, "Yep, that's defnitely a morning Los Angeles news show."

Classy. It was funny at first to me, but then it started getting quite a bit uncomfortable.
