Drunk Cubs Fan Interview

Opening Day morning outside of Wrigley Field is a massive party. There's a ton of bars in the area, and they're open early in the morning before the Cubs game starts at 1:20 PM. So by noon or so, half of the adults in the area are absolutely hammered.
