Epic Quebecois Time

The boys at Epic Meal Time have never made a secret of the fact that they're from Quebec, but they've never really celebrated their heritage, either.

Until now.

This week, they went into the sugar bush, ancestral homeland of Muscles Glasses, to make an EMT-style tourteire, a hockey stick-full of maple taffy, chug syrup, play with a wolf and fry up a whole ton of dead pig. Enjoy.
