Creepy Cricket Fan

This video from a recent Cricket World Cup match kind of warms my heart.

It reminds me that sports fans are kind of the same the world over. No matter what game or what country, if you turn a camera on the crowd during a break in play, the will do the same dumb shit.

Regardless of whether it's football in Oklahoma or cricket in Bangladesh, the fan cam makes people hold their significant other a little closer, grab their jerseys, put one finger in the air to indicate that their team is number one – regardless of how true that statement may be –  and stare unsmilingly and unblinkingly into the camera for extended periods of time.
