Dortmund bags teenage talent Emre Mor
Borussia Dortmund appears content to take care of its summer shopping early, with the club announcing Tuesday that it had signed highly regarded Turkish teenage winger Emre Mor from FC Nordsjaelland.
Mor joins Dortmund on a five-year deal for an undisclosed fee, according to a statement on the club's website.
It's been quite the few weeks for the Danish-born Turkish international.
Recently capped by Fatih Terim's Crescent Stars, Mor was handed a surprise spot in Turkey's 23-man squad for Euro 2016.
Mor, 18, becomes Dortmund's fifth signing of the summer, joining the Bundesliga runners-up a day after Sebastian Rode made the switch from Bayern Munich to the Westfalenstadion.
Possibly in anticipation for the departures of attackers Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Dortmund has been proactive in finding cover for the tandem, with the acquisitions of Mor and Rode paired with a high-profile move for French youngster Ousmane Dembele from Rennes.
Thomas Tuchel's lot also signed out-of-favour Barcelona defender Marc Bartra and Osasuna midfielder Mikel Merino.
