Bremen signs GK Strebinger

Bremen, Germany (Sports Network) - Werder Bremen signed its second goalkeeper in two days with the capture of Richard Strebinger from Hertha Berlin.

Raphael Wolf signed with Bremen on Tuesday from Kapfenberg to provide competition for Sebastian Mielitz in the Bremen net, with Strebinger expected to serve as the third-choice 'keeper at Bremen.

The 19-year-old spent last season with Hertha's reserve side, and he is expected to serve in the same role with Bremen to groom him for a place in the top flight.
