Watch: Marcus Willis drinks soda, eats candy bar during 2014 match

Two years ago, Marcus Willis couldn't possibly have imagined playing on Centre Court at Wimbledon against Roger Federer.

The World No. 772 was admittedly out of shape during his earlier days on the court, and the fact Willis used to enjoy chocolate bars and soda during matches probably didn't help matters.

A British tennis instructor still living with his parents, Willis was close to giving up his dreams of playing professionally before his girlfriend urged him to continue on.

After winning six matches to earn a Wild Card spot, Willis won his first round matchup to set up a showdown with Federer.

Obviously it's a tough spot for the 25-year-old going up against arguably the greatest player ever and things look even more daunting with a quick player comparison.

The most notable advantage for Federer is that he owns three homes to Willis' none. That's going to be tough for Willis to overcome.
