TORONTO - With questions still swirling around their uncertain ownership situation, the Toronto Argonauts addressed one of their other pressing off-season issues Tuesday, naming Jim Barker as the new head coach.

The Montreal Canadiens learned Tuesday that they will be without defenceman Marc-Andre Bergeron for six-to-eight weeks due to a knee injury, and forward Benoit Pouliot for at least a week because of an upper body injury, according to the Montreal Gazette.

Six teams to begin NHL season in Europe
