Various Phoenix Suns members, including Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and head coach Frank Vogel, accepted boos from fans after the team's 126-109 home playoff loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Friday's defeat puts the Suns on the brink of elimination, down 0-3 in the first-round series.

"That's sports," Vogel said of the fan reaction, according to Gerald Bourguet of PHNX Sports. "You get your butt kicked at home, the fans are gonna boo. I don't blame them."

Booker echoed Vogel's sentiments: "Rightfully so."

Durant said he heard the boos during the contest and hopes the team will use them as fuel for Game 4 on Sunday.

"They expect so much out of us, they pay their hard-earned money and they deserve to react how they wanna react."

Minnesota is looking to win its first playoff series since 2004, while the Suns have lost five straight postseason contests, stemming back to last year's second-round defeat to the Denver Nuggets.

No team in NBA history has ever come back from an 0-3 series deficit, but Booker is looking forward to the challenge.

"They say nobody's ever done it before," Booker said, according to ESPN's Baxter Holmes. "That's exciting."
